Here at Desert Vines Events, we know how significant an event a wedding is in a person’s life. It’s a big cost investment, but can become very stressful without the right guidance and professional knowledge our team can provide. What you thought would be the most glorious day of your life can quickly become daunting, as you realize what all is involved. It is important to have someone that you can rely on to walk you through the steps – someone that listens to your dreams, your wants and your budget. Having raised five daughters, I have learned to stay in budget and still accomplish the desired vision.

Package One – Day of Package – $500
Includes: Confirming and making of any final arrangements with vendors; create a wedding day timeline; available for rehearsal; oversee day of event such as setting up venue, timing of events and last minute details to make sure you enjoy your big day!
Package Two – Consulting Package – $1,200
Includes: Day Of Package + recommendation of venues and vendors; advice on colors and style; offer guidance on proper wedding etiquette; assist the couple in staying on track with their planning.
Package Three – Full Service Package – $2,000+
Includes: Day of Package + Consulting Package + Arrangement with vendors – venue, caterer, florists, musicians, photographer, bar service, rentals, shuttles and lodging; screen contracts and negotiations; seating diagrams for venue layout.
Additional Options: Sending out invitations, tracking RSVPs, accompanying the bride to the dress fittings, cake and/or catering tastings, guest mementos, florals, desserts, appetizers, decorations and extra staff to help with clean up, etc. For rentals, we have various supplies to help save you money!
